Sacred Sound Meditation Classes are now being offered on Saturday mornings before our 9 AM Class. Claim your morning routine with an added dose of inner peace and reflection. *Journals encouraged.
What is the International Day of Yoga??
The International Day of Yoga is celebrated annually on June 21st. The United Nations General Assembly declared this day in 2014 to raise global awareness about the numerous benefits of practicing yoga. The date of June 21st was chosen as it is the summer solstice in the Northern Hemisphere and holds special significance in many parts of the world.
