April Announcements: New Classes on the schedule 4/1
We have added Sacred Sound Savasana to the Tuesday 4:30 PM class each week and are hosting a once-a-month special pop-up class in this time slot for Gentle Flow & Yin with Reiki on the 1st Tuesday of every month.
Wednesday morning classes are transforming into Advanced Asana CLASSES where you will be able to learn the art of flow, along with being intelligently guided into more advanced postures through workshop breakdowns in class.
Friday Mornings at the studio are now going to be guided by studio owner Lisa Mello, in a powerful way. This class is that extra something that your practice has been needing to up-level your strength and fitness goals. Add strength and cardio to your weekly routine!
Sacred Sound Meditation Classes ARE now being offered ON Saturday MORNINGS before our 9 AM Class. claim your morning routine with an added dose of inner peace and reflection. *Jounrals encouraged.
