Family Yoga is Back! As we work to bring more Kids and Teen Yoga back to our regular offerings, we are starting with Family Yoga on a monthly basis. As we gain more awareness that we offer these classes (spread the word and invite your friends!), we will add more options like the examples below.
This is a yoga class for the entire family. Partner poses are emphasized, ensuring great bonding time. Families play yoga games, explore yoga postures, and practice breathing exercises while sharing love with their own families and other families in the community.

Cost: Ticket includes 1 adult/1 child $30, $5 for each additional family member
Next Classes: 4/6 First Sunday of the month due to scheduling
Kids Yoga & Teen Yoga

We host a private group for kids’ and teens’ yoga. Reach out to us if you are interested in booking a kids’/teen yoga class or series. This is great for sports teams, groups of friends, troops, and other groups of 8 kids/teens or more for the full experience. Please email melloyogaca@gmail.com with your inquiry, number of kids in your group, and we can talk to you about pricing, schedule, and frequency that we can host your group.
Kids’ flexibility and inhibition allow them to fully express themselves without distraction. We combine yoga poses with engaging songs, puppets, and stories that increase flexibility, motor skills, and more. Breathing exercises, guided imagery, and relaxation techniques are all explored during the class.

Kids Yoga: Ages 4-8 | Teen yoga 12-16 (Curriculum varies for teens with journaling and intro to meditation)
*If your group includes ages in between these two major demographics, as long as all the kids are the same age we can accommodate their age into the experience.
Come stretch, breathe, move, relax, create, and have FUN! These classes include age-appropriate yoga and movement, infused with fun props, music, games, stories, and more! Each class ends with a peaceful relaxation focusing on breathing techniques, meditation, and mindfulness. Your little yogi will get to practice fine and gross motor and social and group skills while learning how to use their imagination to connect body and mind. The secret ingredients are playfulness and keeping your child motivated, excited, and moving!
