Sound Bath ~ Saturday, April 26th
From 6 - 7 PM with Ian

Sound Baths promote deep relaxation: The soothing sounds and vibrations of instruments like singing bowls and gongs can slow brainwave activity, inducing a meditative state and reducing stress and anxiety.

May improve sleep: By calming the nervous system and promoting relaxation, sound baths can make it easier to fall asleep and improve sleep quality.

Can enhance emotional well-being: The immersive experience can help release negative emotions, promote feelings of peace, and increase overall positive mood.

 

Family Yoga

Next Class: 5/4 from 12-12:45 PM

Family yoga strengthens bonds through shared experiences and improved communication. It fosters physical health by enhancing flexibility, strength, and coordination for all ages. Mindful breathing and poses reduce stress and anxiety, promoting emotional well-being within the family unit. Yoga encourages better sleep patterns, contributing to overall health. Family Yoga creates a fun and playful environment, making fitness enjoyable for everyone.

$30 DROP-IN covers an adult and A child — it is easy to add on ADDITIONAL children in the DROP-DOWN for only $5 each.

Our famous Mom-osa event is just around the corner. Join us in the Studio at 9 am for an all-levels flow on Mother's Day for a soulful yoga class, and a short meditation followed by a complimentary mimosa to celebrate our mamas. This event is extra special with Tracy teaching, Lisa adjusting during class, bringing so much extra love and celebration to the atmosphere.

After class, not only will there be a celebration with mimosas, but there will also be a mini spa experience with free 5-minute massages by our resident massage therapists, Rachel, along with free consultations from Christie, covering conversations about Botox, chemical peels, & microneedling. Want to get treated the same day? You can receive Botox or a chemical peel at the event, but you must register at least 24 hours in advance for doctor approval. Don’t miss your chance to refresh, rejuvenate, and glow!
