Introducing Yin & Reiki to our Gentle Flow 11/5

Take your favorite Mello Yoga Gentle Flow yoga class and enhance the benefits with yin yoga and reiki. This combination offers a calming and restorative experience. Yin yoga involves holding poses for longer periods, allowing for deep tissue release. Reiki, a healing energy technique, complements the practice by promoting relaxation and balance. This combination creates a serene environment for both physical and mental rejuvenation.

Family Yoga is Back!

This is a yoga class for the entire family. Partner poses are emphasized, ensuring great bonding time. Families play yoga games, explore yoga postures, and practice breathing exercises while sharing love with their families and other families in the community.

Cost: Ticket includes 1 adult/1 child $30, $5 for each additional family member
